Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do you have any questions about our classes or wellness programmes, what you need to bring, or what you should prepare for? Then please read on! Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page has some useful information that might very well answer the questions you are asking. If you need more help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch here.
- What should I wear to classes?
Normal gym clothing is fine for all our classes. Some classes, like Step or Fitball, will require trainers, others are carried out in bare feet or socks, but if you are not sure just drop us a message. Bring a sweatshirt/jumper or similar to pull on at the end of class as it can feel cool after exercising.
- Do I need to bring any equipment?
We provide equipment for all our classes but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please remember to bring a hand towel if necessary and a drink of water.
- What if I need to cancel my class?
Please always let us know if you cannot attend. You can change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time (excluding the 9 hours from 10pm to 7am). Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
- What should I expect when I arrive?
If this is your first visit then you will be required to fill in a short health questionnaire, so please try and arrive a few minutes early. We reserve the right to refuse to let you join a class if we feel it would be unsafe for you to do so.
Our classes are small and we enjoy a friendly and sociable atmosphere. We love our clients to make new friends and we hope you will feel at home in our classes.
Please always arrive on time. Once the class is underway the front door will be locked and you will not be able to gain entry (and will subsequently lose your fee).
And finally, please switch off your mobile phone whilst you are attending a class.
